The impetus to start my own plant start business began with my experience working as a nursery assistant at Green Landing Nursery in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. I loved this job for a myriad of reasons, I got to work outside, I got to plant, manage and sell unique native plants from the Chesapeake region, and I also had access to free garden supplies. My favorite kind of supplies!
